Adhesive primer
High-performance adhesive primer in spray form. It is used as a primer before applying adhesive tapes, sealants on loose, porous, fibrous, sandy, and other surfaces with difficult adhesion. It features high coverage efficiency, quick drying, strong adhesion to the substrate, and resistance to aging. The rotating nozzle end facilitates application. Suitable for use both outdoors and indoors in well-ventilated spaces.
Benefits:
To ensure effective bonding, make sure the surface is hard, dry, clean, and free from dust and grease. Compatibility tests of the materials to be joined are required. Apply Eurovent® PRIMER evenly onto the substrate, holding the can at least 20 cm away from the surface. Depending on the material used, allow 5-15 minutes for ventilation. Repeat this process for highly absorbent surfaces. Protect sprayed surfaces from moisture, dust, and contaminants. After each spraying procedure, turn the can upside down and continue spraying until only the propellant is released. This prevents the spray nozzle from clogging with adhesive residues. Clean any adhesive residue from the nozzle tip. The valve can be adjusted to three different levels. The spray nozzle can also be adjusted between horizontal and vertical spray patterns.
