GEO 8 V

Eurovent® GEO 8 V is an embossed foundation foil made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a diagonal dimple pattern, 8 mm high. It offers high compression resistance, effective ventilation and moisture protection for foundations and other structural elements. Designed for both residential and industrial construction, it also provides thermal and acoustic insulation. It is resistant to acids, alkalis, solvents, bacteria, fungi and plant roots.

GEO 8 V

Eurovent® GEO 8 V foundation foil is widely used in residential and industrial buildings, providing effective moisture, mechanical and drainage protection. It protects the structure from damp, mechanical damage and root penetration, while also supporting ventilation of the protected surface.

It is used:

in foundation walls – as a moisture barrier, mechanical protection and safeguard against penetration of tree and shrub roots.
in vertical building partitions – as a drainage and ventilation layer, protecting the insulation from dampness.
on terraces and balconies – as protection against moisture ingress into concrete layers, an element equalising hydrostatic pressure and as a drainage layer conducting water to drainage systems.
for floor slab insulation – as protection against moisture and as an element facilitating even distribution of screed concrete.

Eurovent® GEO 8 V should be laid with the dimples facing the protected surface. Fix using dedicated nails with sealing washers Eurovent® GEO NAIL.
