Vapour barrier foil
Eurovent® DS BLAU vapour barrier foil has a high Sd coefficient of approx. 100 m, providing a solid barrier against water vapour penetrating from inside the building into the thermal insulation. It eliminates the risk of water vapour condensation in building partitions, effectively protecting the thermal insulation in the partition. Thanks to its tear resistance, it ensures long-lasting protection and enables easy and quick installation. It finds wide application as a vapour barrier in attic insulation, walls, ceilings, and other building partitions.

The Eurovent® DS BLAU vapour barrier foil is used to protect against the penetration of water vapour and moisture in ceilings, pitched and flat roofs, as well as vertical wall structures. It is installed parallel or along rafters, directly on the thermal insulation. When installing it, it is essential to use Eurovent® DUO or Eurovent® UNO adhesive tape, Eurovent® UNISAN for joining successive layers, and sealing joints between the foil and structural elements.
