Installed directly on styrofoamboards, the foil protects them against transfer of vapour from the concrete slab. When thefloor heating system is in use, the product effectively reflects heat rays preventing potentialheat loss. The foil is suitable for application as heat shield when fitted with heating elementsof rooms , e.g. radiators, and as a vapour barrier foil for the installation of floor panels.
