It is used to seal gaps in building and roof constructions in the ridge area, valley and roof windows. Effectively seals slots along roof valleys to protect the roof against penetration of moisture, wind and cold. It glues perfectly and adapts to surfaces such as wood, brick, metal or smooth concrete. One-sided expandable tape is made of flexible polyurethane foam soaked in modified acrylic. The pre-compressed tape will expand after installation, increasing its thickness five times. Its basic applications include the installation of gaps and joints in roofs and facades as well as heat and sound insulation.
